The house was built in 1998, is out in an up-and-coming county surrounded by lots of real nice, well kept homes on just
under an acre - some may be more - we are 3/4 of an acre.  We have a lot of plans for making it more like we would like
to have it and Bob will probably dabble with a pond outback next spring.  We really enjoyed the one we had in CA.  We
also have to 'landscape' my birdfeeders so they look nice... there is a first time for everything. :-)

Front of the house - 2 car garage on left.  Notice the nice landscaping.

Master Bedroom - king bed and still plenty of room.  Not crazy about the wood floor - will see.  The door is a walkin closet
that they are using for an office. 

Master Bath on left.  Livingroom with fireplace and a door into the kitchen on either side.  The livingroom has 2 full size
couches in it now, a recliner and another chair along with a large coffee table and end tables. It's big!

It's gonna be fun decorating this one. :-)

That TV is a 36"!  Bob had to go over to it and check it out - the room makes it look small.  He's thinking 61" :-)
The room on the right is probably going to be the spare bedroom after we find something to put over the teddy bears on
the wall. :-)

The bedroom will probably be the computer room.  We have ideas for the kitchen - that desk doesn't stay so we are
thinking of another cabinet and a bar.  It's a eat-in kitchen but I think it can be better.  The door goes out to the deck.

The door on the right leads to the washer/dryer and the garage.

The workshop on the right side is heated and has 220 to it - just needs to be finished inside.  The left part is for the
riding lawnmower and lawn equipment.

The deck is pretty large and has stairs to the back and the side.
